Our Mission Statement

SAINT Animal Rescue is a group of concerned citizens, shelters, rescues and animal welfare agencies who together make up a group of professionals dedicated to be the first line of defense in identification, investigation, housing and adoption of abused, mistreated, neglected and distressed animals in the out of contract area of eastern El Paso County. It is our hope that we can establish protocols, procedures and education programs that will assist the sheriff's office and other agencies to work towards positive solutions to the tragic problem of animal abuse in El Paso County.
