SAINT Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization in the early stages of developing a protocol to help animals in
Eastern El Paso County. The need for this organization is immense and extremely critical. The Pikes Peak Regional Humane
Society (PPRHS) resources are stretched very thin when they assist the sheriff with the animal welfare cases in their "out
of contract" area. With the help of the El Paso County Sheriff's office and the PPRHS, SAINT Animal Rescue would like to
provide the services of our professional volunteers and support organizations to help fill in the gap. All the area in
white on the map to the right is the "out of contract" area for the PPRHS (1456 sq miles/nearly 90,000 acres) for which
SAINT is providing services. Visit the "How SAINT Began" link on the left to find out why this organization is so critical
to help protect the animals of Eastern El Paso County against the problems of animal neglect and abuse.

This little dog was given a few months to live. He lived in a puppy mill for his entire
life. He was given to SAINT Animal Rescue in hopes of us finding him a home so he could live out whatever time he had
left in love, peace and comfort. We were successful in finding him a home but he was quickly returned because he
had an accident in the house. Our SAINT member took little Jack home with her. Jack didn't do what the Vet
said he was going to do. Jack is alive and well and it's been one year later. He is 20 years old! His
mom of this past year says that he can do whatever he wants and that is fine with her! She tells us that he loves
scrambled eggs and chicken! We are also told whatever he likes he gets!
Thank you Connnie for caring! Thanks for giving little Jack the best year of his life and
hopefully many more!
